support eachother

Today we evaluated our course content and attempted to evoke a solution. We came to numerous conclusions, many of which are based solely on our own inability to remove ourselves from dependance on structure and knowledge of expectations. We all agreed on the existance of great anxiety and suggested comfort through feedback.
For me, today was considerably confronting. Constructive but frustrating. The individuality of each person within our group is extremely evident. I’m not sure whether this will help or hinder the prospect of a community.
On one hand we have those who accept that others have something to offer. However, there are those who believe that it is easier to continue in ignorance and belief that their way is paramount and refuse to support the contributions others generate.
Our group is diverse in its levels of openness and motivation. Ideally those who have much to say and questions to ask should be encouraged and their inquisitive nature indulged but many generalizations and hypocrisy are, it seems, obstructing our possible outcomes, placing limitations on thought processes.
Communication within small groups is working well in evoking opinions and recently, a great passion, but there are so many aspects that remain unexplored because our ‘community’ is not eager to act as a support network.
