Pre major Pallet jack re-design

I will re-create what is commonly known as a manual pallet jack and, if necessary, the accompanying system to make it more intuitive and easily maintained. I’d like to change the way people interact with these products and conditions that surround the item in the work environment.
I believe there is a need for recognition of use that is not being met and safety is also an issue. The existing products suffer great wear and rust. They are particularly noisy and the weight of the product itself is problematic.
In previous years I have studied through electives such as Injury by design which have come to appreciate Inclusive design as a driving force and I have personally come to the conclusion that there is a great necessity for user centered design.
